RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our concern at Najira Glow. In case you’re not satisfied with your order, you can have a return on the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Items bought on sale are non-returnable.
2. Process
Email NajiraGlow@gmail.com with order number, reason for return, and photos (if necessary).
If received, return postage is on the buyer’s account other than for sending the wrong or defective item.
3. Refund & Exchanges
Refund in 5-7 business days after inspection.
Exchange for a product of similar value.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Within 48 hours, report damage with photos for a free exchange.

APPOINMENT & BOOKING POLICY
Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. A deposit may be required for certain services to confirm the booking. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or service adjustments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Walk-in customers are welcome but will be served based on availability.
HYGINE & SAFETY POLICY
All tools and equipment are sanitized after each use to maintain hygiene. Staff members follow strict cleanliness protocols, including wearing gloves and masks when necessary. Customers with contagious conditions (e.g., skin infections) are advised to reschedule their appointments. The saloon ensures all products used are of high quality and comply with safety standards.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payments. All payments must be made in full at the time of service. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but adjustments can be made if dissatisfaction is reported within 24 hours. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date. Product purchases are final, and refunds or exchanges will only be accepted for defective or unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
Najira Glow offers safe domestic and international shipping via reliable courier partners for timely delivery. Domestic orders are shipped via Pos Laju, J&T Express, or similar services, with standard and express delivery options. International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce or DHL Express, with delivery speeds based on the destination. Customers are given tracking information once the order is shipped. Shipping is based on order value, weight, and destination, with free shipping on qualifying orders. International customers are liable for any customs duties or taxes. All orders are well-packed for safe arrival.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT POLICY
We maintain a respectful and professional environment; inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any damage to property or equipment caused by a customer may result in liability charges. Children must be supervised at all times while in the salon. Any form of harassment, including verbal or physical abuse, will result in immediate refusal of service and possible legal action.

Customer information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Any photos taken for promotional purposes will require customer consent. Customer records, including service history and preferences, are securely stored for better service but will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
PRODUCT & SERVICE POLICY
We use high-quality products suited for various skin and hair types. Customers with allergies should inform staff before service. Najira Glow Saloon is not responsible for allergic reactions if prior notice was not given. Customers are encouraged to consult with staff before purchasing products to ensure suitability.
SECURITY POLICY
CCTV cameras are in place for the safety of customers and staff. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner; Najira Glow Saloon is not liable for lost or stolen items. Any suspicious activity will be reported to security authorities. For the safety of our staff and customers, any threats or aggressive behavior will be dealt with seriously, including removal from the premises.
